Your Right to Return (UK Customers)

In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.​

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. No returns accepted on earrings.

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible​​

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Clear photos

If confirmed as faulty, we will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement, and

  • Cover any reasonable return postage costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
